Erratum

In the article NEL-Like Molecule-1 (Nell1) Is Regulated by Bone Morphogenetic Protein 9 (BMP9) and Potentiates BMP9-Induced Osteogenic Differentiation at the Expense of Adipogenesis in Mesenchymal Stem Cells. [Cell Physiol Biochem 2017;41(2):484-500. doi: 10.1159/000456885] by Wang et al., there is an image assembly (copy/paste) error in Figure 4A, in which the image for “NELL1” group was erroneously duplicated with an overlapping image from the “GFP” group. This error occurred when authors replaced the images in Figure 4 with high resolution images from a large folder of control groups. The authors state that this error does not adversely impact the conclusion of the original work. The authors apologize for any inconvenience caused by the error to the journal and scientific community.
