have requested retraction on the following basis:

The authors have continued their research about the LncRNA-MALAT1 in RGCs injury, but found that they could not always get the same results which they have published in this journal. Sometimes, that the expression levels of LncRNA-MALAT1 in RGCs pressure group did not decrease, but stayed unchanged. Because the results of the experiments are not repeatable, the authors apply to retract this paper in order to avoid misleading other researchers.
